This policy explains what data ScaleVia collects when you visit scalevia.net or contact us, and how we use and protect it.
Data we collect
When you send the contact form we collect your name, email, phone number, company (optional), the service you need and your message.
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep the conversation to reply to you and follow up on your request.
The site does not currently use advertising trackers. Your browser only stores your choice of light or dark mode.
How we use your data
To answer your enquiry, send a quote, arrange the consultation and follow up on your project.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.
Where data is stored
Contact form submissions are sent to our email and saved in a private Google Sheets file used by our team. The site is hosted on Vercel.
Only the ScaleVia team can access this data, and only as needed to contact you.
How long we keep it
We keep contact details for as long as we work with you, and delete them when you ask or when we no longer need them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion at any time by emailing tech@scalevia.net.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
